If the tank gets below 50% ian pop a healing wave then spam NS+HW to get him to 100% so ian heal the DPS if tghe need it.
quk question im a 67 shammy at 70 im lookin

Youan grind honor in BGs to get the Season 1 arena gear. I don't know whh gear you're talking about that gives the spell pushbk prottion. Do you know the name of it?

Youan get that gear by grinding BGs for honor. The gear is dent, but it's not optimal for PVE. If you plan on doing more PVP than PVE, it is well worth grinding for. If you plan on doing more PVE than PVP you will need a set
of PVE gear and a set of PVP gear.
